Design Advice for Tiny ADU Full Bath

We are still a couple months out from construction, but I’ve been brainstorming ideas for different parts of our expansion. One part is a tiny full bath in an ADU to be built. The ADU will mostly be used as a guest house and hang out/club house area. I’d like to make the bathroom as comfortable to use for guests as we can - like multiple hooks for towels on the wall across from the toilet; a ledge that runs the length of the wall above the sink and toilet for plenty of surface area to spread toiletries out on; train rack towel shelf over the toilet; niche in the shower; water controls on the side of the shower opposite of the toilet so you can turn the water on without getting into the shower.

I like the look of a console sink on brass legs - should we do a shelf underneath or not? Would it be too cluttered to fit a freestanding toilet paper holder between the toilet and sink? Or do I need to order the one console sink (that would be pretty pricey but probably high quality) that has a toilet paper holder accessory?

Thinking of tile for the shower and then having the tile go at chair rail or a little higher height around the rest of the room. I’m drawn to the bold green tile bathrooms, but is that too dark for this cramped space? Is it safest to stick to white/light colored tiles all over and bring in a pop of color or interest by painting or wallpapering the walls above the tiles? Or not even do tiles on the walls? Since this is a guest house bathroom, I’d like it to be more fun and quirky than the bathrooms in the main house.

Please help! Any and all advice is welcome. Any of these ideas bad or not worth the hassle/cost? Any ideas I’m not thinking of? Thank you!!
