Hello- we are looking to do radiant floor heat under engineered hardwood floor for our home in NJ. We want to put it on whole first floor (approx. 1600sq ft.) mixed with baseboard on second floor. We are hearing about issues with floor temperature max and having area rugs down. We would like to hear from someone with their experience or any input they may add. The radiant flooring we are looking to use is plywood sleepers. Thanks
