What kind of light do you get through these windows? If this is north facing, I don't think I'd add any window treatments. It's a beautiful space as-is. Privacy can often be achieved through strategic placement of evergreens in the landscape.

Kitchen faces south.

Lovely fabric. Looks like you may the space to do inside mount but then more of the window is covered when they are up. If you do outside mount they can be hung above the trim and more window will be clear when they are up. I would hang them above the trim and do 1 for the double window.

Do not go above and cover your beautiful trim. You do need individual inside mount shades/blinds for the windows and door.

Will there be enough fabric to block the south sun all year? If you do separate panels for the double windows, great attention needs to go toward matching the pattern across both windows.
