I will keep this quick but I am looking for help/advice…

I ordered a microwave and panel ready fridge from Dacor. Spent a lot of money!! They confirmed they have it in stock but won’t ship it out. Took them two weeks to locate my order, they finally did and it’s still sitting in the dock. No matter how many times I call or email no one helps me. Their customer service is terrible. I’ve even resorted to calling them out on twitter which is very unlike me. I just want me appliances that I paid so much for. At this point the only I think I have is to dispute the credit card charge when it shows up on my statement.

Anyone have any ideas??

I regret buying this brand! 😩
