Hello! We have a flip up serving window that has a track but should be flush with our 36" countertop. When they frame it out, does the bottom of the window actually need to be at 34 3/4 to account for the countertop on either side of the track? Or should the bottom be set at the countertop height of 36"?

It should look something like this when we are done.
