Name That Plant!Weeds

What is this weed? (if it is a weed...)

I found this growing under one of my rose bushes today while doing some clean up. From the location I know it isn't something I planted, and I don't recognise it as something that I've had before. The leaves a quite aromatic (but not a familiar scent), which makes me wonder what it is & if it is desirable. You can see in one photo that the green leaves are coming off of a woodier stem.

Does it smell like celery? Do you have a pic of the spot when everything was growing last year?

It looks like Feverfew, Tanacetum parthenium.

It doesn't smell like celery - the closest scent that I can think of is a bit like chrysanthemum blossoms. I don't have a photo, but there is heuchera under the roses, basil was near, and also some columbine in the same bed.

Christopher CNC, I just searched feverfew, and I do believe you are right! I suppose a bird or some other critter dropped a seed there (but who knows from where).
