Only use this product on oiled finishes. The maintenance oil replenishes worn away oil. Does not clean dirt or build ups.

Thanks for your comment . Just to be clear, I was asking about peoples‘ experience maintaining a Woca finish—cleaning, re-oiling, etc .

It's not as bad as the internet makes it out o be. We used Pallmann's Magic oil on our oak floors. It's almost ten years now, still looks as good as the first day i applied it. Family of six, kids are all teenagers now. They have their friends in and out. Plenty of food spills, water, dirt, light mud, snow, salt and clean ups. Use the manufacturer's recommended concentrated cleaner and soap and you will be fine.

Thank you so much for your comment. Online opinions vary so much, it can really be head spinning. Maintenance is my main concern and we are looking at Loba, Bona and Woca right now. I guess I should add Pallmann to the mix. I ruled out Rubio because of that head spinning... :)
