We got new luxury vinyl tile flooring from MSI through our contractor, perhaps went with his recommendation. However, after laying down, we realized that it’s quite slippery and kids are frequently tripping on the floor. I’m so worried and unsure what to do. Please suggest any remedies? Unsure if floor warranty will cover replacement.
