I thik yu will nee to test drive some obscure glass choices for sure I have pielated glass doors on all my bathrooms and bedrooms no problem but this is a different application for sure . At night the glass that is frosted does not work well to hide stuff behind it. Can we see the exterior of the house where tis is going? Post the pic here in a comment do not start another post. How close is this to the front door , what does it face , so many questions .

You don't have to use the window just because you have it. Sell it, donate it, keep it for another project.

Will there be a sink beneath it like in the photo. If not you can hang some curtains. I have curains in my bathroom. Not ideal but they actually look kind of nice. You could also do a bottom up shade. I am looking for ine myself where the cords aren’’t so obvious but haven’t had too much luck.

I’m looking for something similar but local custom glass makers are exorbitant, I’ve also tried to look for pre made but if you’re windows are odd sizes, doesn’t quite work.

The only thing that's not ideal about that layout is that there's no spot for a mirror. But you could do something like this:
