Do you know of any proof that the seeds will grow true? Most Clementines do not grow true-to-type. That is why they are often hybridized. Do you really trust this seller? The description of Red Clementine says it's seedless:

Since most mandarins take about 8 to 10 years before they can bear fruit, the seller may be long gone before that happens. Not saying it's a scam for sure, but it kind of feels like it to me.

Grow the seeds what every they produce will be great tasting.
