I think it looks quite nice. We have it in our living room. The rest of out main floor is SW Sea Salt. In different lights it can look blue, green green, or gray.

BM Beach Glass

We used Benjamin Moore Wickham Gray, which in our FR/Kitchen/Breakfast room is not gray at all. It is a very soft, light blue/green, which is what I wanted. The rooms get morning sun, but the color looks light blue/green all day. We used the same color in the LR/DR/Foyer, as these spaces are all open to the kitchen areas, but they have a different exposure. These rooms have a western/northern exposure, and in the bright afternoon sun, the walls actually look like a light gray. When there is no direct sun, they maintain their blue/green undertones. I love the color...it is very subtle, but is a great backdrop with our furnishings; it is light and bright, but has just enough color to add interest, without looking gray or washed out. Obviously, it's hard to tell on monitors, but check it out...it might be what you are looking for.

I’d wait until the rug, art and additional accessories are added before considering repainting (and a color decision). Maybe send an updated picture for more helpful suggestions.

I would wait as Maureen suggested. What you have now looks neutral and really nice.

I don't know what your rug and art look like but I prefer the white walls as a backdrop for the colours you show, and then your accessories will bring in the colour.

I like the suggestion of BM Beach Glass. All of the colors with it on BM strip 110 are pretty. I have Quiet Moments in my bathroom and Mount Saint Anne in my living room.

I always sound like a broken record...our master bedroom and bath are SW Silverpoint, it is a grey/blue/green, very pale, changes depending on light direction and time of day. Looks grey on the chip. Much nicer in real life.

Blue green is on trend right now. Might be kind of hard with the blue of your furniture though.

I use this BM color cut 25% often for a real neutral that works with rverything IMO

I think one of those kinds of colors will look great in your space- and can go with SO many other colors (taupe, beige, white, pink, red, saffron, teal, green, and cobalt)! I have SW Copen Blue in most of the public rooms of my house... It looks pretty much just like this in my house, most of the time.

Celery, thank you, very helpful. Some of you may remember our picture “Zelda” from previous posts. We moved so the floor is different, rug was destroyed (blessing?) but we saved the furniture and art. May want to replace some furniture but at least we have something to sit on. I would like some color. Contemporary coastal perhaps, but a little more color than shoji. (Pic is previous condo, we are now in house.)

Just saw BM ocean air which is interesting.

I think I remember your art and chairs - from another post a long time ago.

You could also try a sample of Behr, Watery. It’s a nice color and similar to the BM Ocean Air.

I know you mentioned this is your former condo; but I think you have the same color carpet and basically same furniture, so you can get a general idea of wall color look with what you have.

A couple of ideas.

I agree that if you’re changing the furniture, you might want to pick that first.

Many of the soft blue/green colors suggested would be lovely - and soothing to live with. I’ve used BM Quiet Moments in a kitchen in one house and on the lower wainscoting in a bathroom in another. It’s a great color, as is Behr’s Watery. But again, furniture first.

Bm Paradiso or harbor haze? Ocean air looks very baby blue on several sites. Furniture will stay for now.

What furniture? Same furniture as what? Please post pics of the paint colors you are considering.

Some PPG color matches. So you can get a general idea. But best to get samples and see how they look in your actual space. I think the PPG match of Harbor Haze may be closer to the BM color than the Paradiso. The BM Paradiso may be a bit deeper/darker than the PPG color match. But it ultimately depends on your lighting.
