They didn’t give me the option to change the glass package. I will reach out to them. If I choose to leave the glass option due to cost, is it still a better window overall? I'd agree that the Provia is the best of that bunch, but I'm still not a big fan (nor is the Pella a great performer).

Options that are better IMO and may be available in your area: Sunrise, Okna, Softlite, Polaris, Vytex to name a few.

What option(s) do you mean? Are you talking about divided lights, or trim color, or Low-E coating, or something else?

I strongly advise agaisnt pursuing Pella.

The most important thing is who is installing them. Don't just look at the specs down to the decimal points, look at the contractor and their track record.

It’s the difference per 25 windows without the installation cost. The building supply company recommended the installer and I have checked some references that he gave me. He has also done a few houses near me. I had a few contractors come by and I picked them. I actually changed my contractor from who I was going to use.

It would be odd for a company to offer only 1 glass package when the manufacture has many.

In all fairness I am not familiar with Duke windows. There website offers little information and they have no presence on the web.

The Pella 250 would be 3rd or 4th on tour list.

Homesealed has some solid options that are worth consideration.

As long as it wasn't the Sunrise "Essentials" line, I prefer the Sunrise.
