I'd probably categorize it as transitional. The bronze rings are clean-lined and modern, but the faceted crystal leans more traditional. It's somewhere in between.

I would say maybe transitional , why are you asking? If or sure would not do the yellow toned bulbs in that fixture for sure

Transitional....... and it is "Gemma" From Pottery Barn, and depends where you want to use it and what size, either 19 or 26 inches.....etc.

@ JAN MOYER We like this but not sure about the size because our living room is 15x17' and 13' high. Also not able to find something which can coordinate with this for our dining and Foyer.

It's attractive and really kind of a statement piece. I'll be curious to see what is suggested to coordinate with it.

Don't be discouraged by snippy answers. It's true that when you post multiple similar posts it gets confusing but since you are attracted to this light, I hope people can suggest others that will go nicely with it.

It's a light out of context, for ALLLL of us, and perhaps even out of context with your first thread, and we don't know what that was.

A house only needs so much crystal. Don't put it everywhere. Lighting is part style, and yes function. Do we know the dining table? The dining room? The Foyer and the look of the foyer? Nope. : )

If it helps, it’s transitional but whether it works in your room is the bigger consideration. I can see it in a dining room and don’t go too matchy with the other two.

Living room and being on a chain will allow to place at the optimal height.

Left side is the formal living room. We are changing wall color too. Still deciding between Alabaster or White Dove. I am planning to change the chairs too.

Your rooms are traditional and I think that the chandelier doesn’t have the right feel and since you want them to feel somewhat coordinated, it’s a big decision in getting right. Do you need a light in living room; as there seems to be nothing there? You could pull your couch in a bit and add a console table with two lights. Finding the right chandelier’s dimensions is not going to be easy.

If painting and updating, suggest waiting to get a better sense of the new feel and if needing help, provide pictures of the updated rooms. I’m sure you are excited, but take your time; lighting is expensive and a nuisance to install.
