Need advice on range

Hey guys I'm torn between a duel fuel wolf 48" range and the regular 48" gas. I like the idea of more powerful burners that the duel offers, however I'm not used to baking and roasting in an electric range. Also I hear the broiler on the electric one kinda sucks. Any advice I'm not asking which brand to choose. My mind is made up on wolf

Lucky for you Wolf makes a 36" induction range you may want to investigate.

It really depends on what you cook/bake. Cakes do best in electric, breads and meats in gas, cookies do well in either. We've done an all gas range and electric oven in three kitchens and very glad we did. More here: https://bamasotan.us/2020/12/the-kitchen/

FWIW, If you have your heart set on seeing the word Wolf in your kitchen that's fine. It's really a sub-par range compared to a Bluestar RNB though. Wolf was great 20 years ago but totally different company today.
