I’m not sure I’m understanding your question but, you do need some kind of pull / handle on inside so that the door can be opened. It doesn’t need to match the handle on outside of door. If you look at the pull / lockset you‘re considering, there should be a coordinating inside handle that comes with the outside pull.

Praveen - I should have said too that it’s possible to buy a totally different handle for the inside of an exterior door. We have different color metal & a different style of handle on the inside of our front entry door. We did have to special order the lockset but we wanted the interior color to match what was used on other doors that could be seen from the entry. I think there are door handle lock sets made specifically for double door entry too. So, you can have matching handles on the exterior of the double doors & a different kind inside. Just search on ’double door lock set’
