It looks like we are both correct in our ID. Apparently Macropiper excelsum subsp. psittacorum is a synonyme of Piper excelsum subsp. psittacorum.

Now to see it's flowers look like.

I know, floral. At that point, I had only checked out the name. I later discovered that these are the male flowers.
