Looking to furnish a deck down by the beach. My hubby likes resin or poly wood. Deck dimensions are only 80 inch deep( house to outside rail) and 20 feet long. Problem there is only 4 ft of wall on either side then there is a 12 foot sliding door. So i was thinking of a small sectional w part of the sectional (armless chair) acting the sectional. The other end i wanted a table and chairs. I presently have a 30 inch round wicker table w chairs and if you really cant fit much bigger because you cant get around others sitting at the table.
Or do i just treat the entire deck as seating and chaise. Usually our neighbors come over and sit with drinks and appetizers and our back deck has.a full size dining table on it.
I like the sectional idea but the backs are not high enough if sitting during the day out there you can’t lean your head back. Also have to watch what i use because everything either rust or oxidizes down there.
I really want a cozy homey feel out there .thanks for your help
