If i wanted to look up similiar plans, or this plan in particular-What type of house would this be listed as? and just out of curiousity, how much does Stonewood charge per sqaure feet for a house like this-Would this be considered a custom built also?

This was a custom home. It cost about $200 / sq. ft. to build last year - 8900 sq. ft. I'd call it cottage / farmhouse...

Where is this house located? and was it on the parade of homes tour?

This home was around 9000 sq. ft. typically our homes fall into the $200 / sq. ft. range for finished space, thought we do everything on an open book, cost plus basis. This house was a modified cottage / farmhouse style. I'd be happy to discuss further. send me an e-mail sven@stonewood.com

I am the Architect of the house and would be happy to answer any design questions you have at peter@timelessarchitect.com. This house is around 7,400 plus a large sport court (thus the 9,000 s.f. indicated above). I would peg the style as "executive country cottage" although it was designed specifically for a client of Stonewood's.
