Adding: inside has the house wrap folded in under and at the sides and top of the windows, and there is also a blue thick “tape” along the sill that travels 1/4 up on the vertical sides as well

The house wrap should not be folded in on the head and sill. The blue tape could be a proper sill flashing, I cant tell by the pics. I think I would want the weather barrier underneath to be the type with a drainage plane .

A drip cap at the top if the windows and iver the block would have been nice. What are the plans for the siding? The windows apear ti be flush with tge foam, whats the plan there?

The siding will be cedar.
Most videos I’ve seen show the house wrap installed then cut and folded in prior to window installation. I didn’t know this was incorrect. What is the proper procedure?

Is it too late to add a drip cap?

This is the current situation. How does it look? The photo with the spray foam shows the blue sill they’ve used.

The sill looks like it coukd be correct.

Is that the nail fin on the outer perimeter if the frame?
