The tile was ordered matte and the pallet came in. The tile setter started laying tile and found that the tile was glossy. He was already all prepped with the upstairs bathroom, so I said go ahead and use the glossy. Then he was almost finished with that room and he found that the rest of the pallet was matte finish! UGH. Now, I'm selling my house in a year or so. Do I have the upstairs bathroom tile glossy and downstairs matte, or would you make it consistent in both rooms? I'm concerned about resell looks.
