We need new siding and would love suggestions. I’m all over the board with what material and style we should do. Leaning towards LP Smartside, second choice Hardiboard (sp?), or can vinyl be pretty these days? Our neighborhood has a mix. Many original cedar shakes. Some new LP Smartside, some Hardiboard. Couple with vinyl.
I don’t think we will change the width of the window trim. The front of the house is over half brick which will be painted.

Would also love color suggestions. Seems most mid century homes in the area are darker colors (which I lean towards). Windows will stay white. Fascia and soffit will likely be white. Roof is black.
