We are looking to update the front elevation of this home. It's in a nice neighborhood in Austin, TX and we feel that adding some type of pergola or other structure in the front would improve the curb appeal. However, we're not quite sure where to start. Would love any ideas you may have as we think about the best option. I've attached pictures of our house along with one last picture showing an idea I saw recently that was nice. At some point, it would be smart to extend the center of the house out to be in line with left front of house as there is a galley kitchen to the right of the front door, which would allow for more room to create a chef's kitchen. However, we're only looking for a simple solution for now as it's a lease property that's coming up for renewal and we are primarily focused on improving the curb appeal in the short term.
