These surfaces are usually textured. Have you tried scrubbing with a nylon brush?

Yes I am pretty sure. They are in a reciprocal pattern of walking and it is not consistent across all boards.

Unfortunately, using a magic eraser abraded the flooring and removed the protective coating. That use of multiple types of abrasives has voided the warranty.

Well there is 40+ of these foot prints on the main floor 🤷🏻‍♀️ been trying it on the prints in the closets. I would think the manufacturers recommendations would have worked. But they have not

So you've only tried all those cleaners in the closet as a test to see what would work? Then to me, it seems you have not voided the warranty, if you didn't use all that stuff in the main areas. I'd contact the builder. Do you think the foot prints are from the workers or your family, like were there there the moment you moved in?

I think you need to get in contact with your contractor to discuss your issues with the flooring.
