Here is the plan so the Tv and fireplace would go on the right wall in the area closest to the walk out to the end of the bedroom wall but right in the center of that area. There is a 42 inch bulkhead running from left to right in the middle of that wall

I marked the area with an x .. it is a town home with units on either side

I penciled where the bulkhead is … its not thst big it is 42 inches wide

We figure we would only have 7 feet.....its the basement.

I guess it would kind of look like this with a fire place and a wider bulkhead
