I have a four-foot diameter garden bed surrounding two sign posts at the corner of my driveway and street.

I am seeking a planting plan. Zone 7, sun until 4pm, native clay and gravel from road base. height 24” or less.

What shrubs, grasses, perennials, or annuals do you recommend?

(I tried the new coleus varieties but sun scorch. Oops! Seems this bed is sunny until 4 (i dont see it until after work <face palm>).
