Hard to know what we're looking at, but I can't see that as compromising the structure. Hopefully the next time you try this you'll be a little more skilled and use smaller bits. ;-)

If these holes are in top or bottom plates, the structural integrity is fine. But when repairing the drywall, don't put a screw or nail through the new cable!

It's fine, if it is still open fill the gap with a fire-rated foam available at any box store.
