Hello! We are trying to figure out a tile floor to replace broken slate in our Woodstock home. Our budget is really maxxed, so we are looking for a floor option that would be great and budget friendly. Would love some recommendations! The tile will also need to go on the other side around the wood stove... The floors in the rest of the unit are a white/yellow pine (and we will be redoing them

The cabinets are being replaced from this picture with American Woodmark Maple Latte (already ordered). The counter is a polished concrete. Everything will be painted a white (Behr - Ostrich).

Should also mention that we have to do a budget reno on this bathroom - and its on the same floor as the kitchen... tile floor doesnt have to be the same of course in the bathroom, but currently they have matching slate that we will need to replace. that will be a whole other post! :) .but if anyone wants to weight in on budget design ideas let me know... we will get rid of the tub and do a standup shower
