Remodeling Design Dilemma Kitchens

Countertop Plan B - Help!

We are having installed under this window a corian countertop the same color as the walls, have a Delta Crate and Barrel chair, and will use this little area as a laptop / lunch spot. (The plywood in the pics below is temorary and will be removed.)

I need to, ASAP, select support legs for the front of this countertop. Plan A failed and we are now on Plan B so I have no time for special order. Need something in stock and on site for next week's counter install. I want something supportive that can be screwed into the plywood substrate of the counter, hopefully not too ugly, and nothing ornate because this is a small room.

The counter top, unlike this plywood, will be notched around the pipe and span from the left cabinet to the right wall.

I've never shopped for something like this and thought you all could help send me in the right direction and save me some time!

how about hair pin legs?

@Lyn Nielson I thought about hairpin legs and like them because they are so minimal. But, they seem to angle out a bit from top to bottom and I think I'd like something that goes straight up and down for more space efficiency.

I also may need some kind of self-leveling foot because I live in an old building and nothing is every level here. I don't know if something like that can be added to most legs or if I need to find legs that come with that.

@Kendrah I have an 8 ft. work table with hairpin legs. they do not angle out.

they screw in a bit from the edge, so they are straight up and down.

they come with a little cap to use or not. available through amazon, so return is easy.

Could you possibly use brackets instead of legs?

Plan A was brackets. But the wall is terracotta hollow bricks, has lots of water peneration issues already, and is on the 12th floor of an 80 year old coop building. Supports were put in and failed, hence plan B.

Good old HD! Thanks. I do think I need individual legs instead of connected ones because of wanting them to be far out to the side and the pole on the right getting in the way.
