Need help with paint colour

Our home is quite open concept. I've painted the livingroom walls and kitchen cupboards Sandy Hook Gray (HC-108). Looking for a lighter gray to complement for the main floor hall, kitchen and eating area. The only one I've come up with is Revere Pewter (HC-172). Any suggestions will be welcome... thank you!

I am not sure of the paint colours in your area but yes a lighter grey would suit or white! your home looks lovely, would just like to see a splash of colour to make the rooms pop!

The paint color looks great as is, I would introduce one or two accent color(s) to add some interest to the room.

Thanks everyone - those are great suggestions. Chemayne... hadn't thought of wallpaper - great idea!

Dytecture is right. Keep the wall color but add some colorful glass pieces. Too much silver/ grey but that us only my opinion.

Can you reupholster those chairs? Fabric.com is a great site. Since you have clear table, seeing an interesting fabric would be beneficial. You have classy taste but need to go out of your comfort zone and really turn this room into magazine quality. Won't take much!

Any suggestions on what the pop of colour could be? I'm very conservative in my colour palet - I totally agree a pop would be good but this would be a big step for me! Thanks everyone.... :)

cherylrogers- OK- I will compress my drama and offer you Lavender, it is soft and romantic yet provides some drama;) How about adding a vase of these on the table for some color?

Elegance at is best it is , I love the room and the taste in decor and Margo please don't fall asleep just yet :))
I had an idea that will work ,a bit of money will be needed but it will work, add colours by seasons, we are almost in Autumn and orange is the colour for it ,so get some orange in there, then for Christmas get some red , Easter some purple/lavender,yellow,pink ,blue , Summer a touch of turquoise . And for the hallway a nice wallpaper in a grey just like those that are above .and yes a bit of crystal to make sparkle .
