KJ, do you have your Princess Alexandra in afternoon sun? I got one today at a nursery in Napa!

Andrea, my PAOK is planted in full sun. It's in the middle of my backyard, so full sun from morning to afternoon, but no radiant heat from wall. I have noticed it handles our dry heat very well, at least better than all my other s. When the temperature reaches around 90F, Carding Mill and Double Delight planted near PAOK would turn into crispy mess, and Grand Dame has burn edges, but PAOK seems untouched by the heat.

Be sure to give PAOK enough space. This rose loves to grow outwards and throws out long canes. The only drawback I can think of is it does get some powdery mildew from time to time, but it can be easily taken care of by spraying. Even though we had a very wet and cold spring this year, I didn't see any powdery mildew on it this spring.
