I recommend waiting until you are actually living in the space before you buy furniture. Measurements in a floor plan often feel different when you are physically in the space.

Each square in this sketch is equal to one square foot. I put a pair of over wide recliners and a pair of swivel guest chairs in this space. A couple small drink tables and that is all you can get in this space. Effectively, you have an 11’ wide x 12’ wide usable space. Alternatively, you could do a 90” long 40” deep sofa facing fireplace instead of recliners. A longer sofa with possible long ottoman is more functional use of your space. A standard 84” sofa would give more “breathing” space to your room. With your heights, hard to find recliner with good leg support. So I would get nice sofa instead. You can’t do a sectional or two sofas due to space limitations. You have a few options but with windows,slider door, openings and fireplace it is harder to seat many in this space. Just the way it is. Hope this helps you under you options.

Very few recliners look good, IMO. They tend to be bulky and overwhelm the space. Why not simply get a regular leather sofa and get an upholstered ottoman/coffee table so you can put your feet up on that?

Once you make that choice? You have eliminated most options for side tables. For lamps. You've in most cases added quite a bit of lumpy looking bulk, and not much "stylish".

I fully understand the want of ALL aspects, style comfort, height considerations all. Just be warned you may need to pick a poison.

First? Show the entire thing, not just a clipped portion of kitchen with island, a partition wall that is half or full wall ???? Etc.

A large sectional like that will swallow your space. If you go with this type sizing make sure you can get it into your doorways. Especially that entry from entry into the kitchen/great room. That might be 28”. Just tips to avoid problems down the road. These “renderings” are rarely accurate to “as built” conditions. So measure measure.

Any way to have a window added to the master bathroom? You could have a nice size window between the vanity and the shower. Just place it high enough to be able to fit a towel bar under it.

Thanks both. I’m looking now at a sofa and two chairs in the living room. Re windows in the bathroom, it’s a great idea but the builder won’t allow it. It’s not a custom build.

Go to the site and take that plan. Measure every wall , window door, passage, and return with all clearly noted.

Needless to say, you can squash whatever you like in....but it won't be a good look, that much is certain.

With recliner sofa you will loose having a coffee table.

Yes, builder’s have “depictions” in their “layout” renderings designed to sell buyers. You have to measure on site after sheetrock goes up. Then you will know for sure. As 4” to accommodate baseboards and shoe moldings. When you have nice bar stools at island you need 24” for push back plus walk behind space so max sofa length is 84-86” long sofa. The numbers don’t lie. How far along in building are you?
