Glass shelf supports at Richelieu. Be sure to check for stud locations behind the drywall.

Unless they love dusting constantly I would do a row of nice glass door cabinets that can display glassware and then either tile the wall or paint a really cool color and please no mirrored wall the soffitt is a great height for mounting the cabinets underneath so no dusting the tops either

I’m wrestling with the same thing…in addition to floating shelves on brackets, I found bistro style shelving (either glass or wood shelves) as another option although i think it’s going to be outside my budget. (Try ironabode.com)…

There are so many options and hopefully they have looked at other more modern ideas before deciding; they also don’t have to go right across and suggest lighting vs a mirror.

Are you sure that glass and mirrored are what is wanted and works with the rest of the home? You might consider looking around at some bar ideas on here. Below are two ideas from designs of ours:
