One thing I noticed on the printed plan was "All toe kicks to be flush" If by this you mean the cabinets have a base that it flush with the face of the cabinets instead of recessed, please do not do this.

I worked in a lab where one of the the standing benches did not have a recessed toe kick and by back would hurt from having to very slightly lean because my feet were not completely underneath my upper body and my big toe would be sore from tapping on the front of the cabinet for hours. Plus in a kitchen it will get scuffed.

There is a functional reason for the the recessed toe space for your foot to go under the edge of the top you are working at.
