Have you tried just pushing on it, looks like it has a hang straight swivel at the top. Hand blown glass is not always perfectly balanced either, you could try swapping the glass shades. also these appear to be hung very low, what distance are they off the counter?

Hey there! Yes tried pushing on it and nothing has worked. They hang 24” about counter.

Wondering if there is some thicker ceiling plaster on one side up there making the hardware against the ceiling not flush on ceiling? Just a guess?

Photos at angle are hard to use. Have you taken a level to the ceiling? ..vertical rod? ..bottom of the glass? To see the degee of slant of each. From the photo it looks like the problem starts at the ceiling -- it or the base screwed into the ceiling is angled.

Did you have to assemble rids into ceiling part? Threads might be off causing them to hang wrong. Probably need replacement. The bottom of pendants should be about 30” from top of countertop. Then heads won’t hit them or arms waving around.

You said you had it put in for you. Can't you call them back to fix the problem?

Joseph, if they yank on it and that results in a electrical problem or breakage, in some way, who will assume responsibility for it then?

If a little straightening tug caused an electrical problem, the fixture wasn't installed properly. Bend it back; it'll be fine.
