Looks minimal and acceptable to me. Six fans in my house. Master bath doesn't wobble at any of three speeds. Master BR wobbles slightly on low, not on high (medium currently isn't working, switch probably needs fixing). Living room has zero wobble on 1st and 2nd speeds, begins wobbling slightly on 3rd speed, continues on 4th, 5th, and 6th. Office, no wobble on low, moderate wobble and a repetitive thunk noise on medium, reduced wobble and no noise on high. BR 2, moderate wobble and vibration on high (due to mounting to the hanger rod via a pin instead of screw-in), moderate wobble and irritating clicking on medium, perfect on low. BR 3, perfect on each on three speeds.

The blades are out of balance. It's a manufacturing defect (they should be perfectly balanced from the manufacturer). If that's as fast as you run the fan, then I wouldn't worry about it but if you have 4 more (faster) speeds it's gonna swing like crazy!

One of our ceiling fans started to wobble after a couple of years. All we had to do was tighten the screws to each fan blade. Some had come a little loose with the movement. No more wobble or clicking sound. I'm not sure if that's the problem with yours, but might be worth trying.

I appreciate the feedback all. I'm on the ropes of what to do haha. I went back to the store and showed them the video today. They said it's certainly an acceptable level of "sway".

I should also mention that the downrod is on a sloped ceiling at just under 20 degrees. The store also told me not to worry about the slope kit but it's literally right on the edge of being off a degree. Would the slope kit help?

I’m sorry I can’t remember the source but it was a ceiling fan company full of great information. A wobble can also happen if there is an obstruction, even a small one, too close to the fan… don’t know if you have that but we do..

It's not the ceiling mount, mounts don't cause wobble. The fan itself is out of balance; you need to install a fan balancing kit. At the price point most fans are sold, they are never "perfectly balanced" from the factory. What you have is typical. The wobble varies with speed, sometimes better, sometimes worse because the hanging fan assembly is essentially a pendulum and pendulums have a natural frequency based on its length. If the particular fan speed excites the pendulum's natural frequency, there is more wobble. It's not a safety issue. There is no instant magic installing a balance kit, it is trial and error and can be tedious. One stands on a ladder just outside the blade swing and makes educated guesses as to where and how much weight to add.
