There is no place for the YV above that FP for sure so good to not consider. I agree a floor plan of all the living spaces could help us help you. A bit about your needs as to seating for both TV and dining are needed too. Post all of that in comments here do not start another post .

put you TV where that floor lamp is. Make a dining space across from the fireplace.
