Get thee to a plumbing store. Your 'system' is typically built after you determine brand, style, and finish from components offered by a brand. I have a similarly sized shower and used cal faucet because I wanted a minimum number of controls (2) to control four functions.

All in ones are terrible choices. Stick with the standard transfer valves, and thermostatic control valves. Hope your plumber installed a pressure balancing loop, or that you have 2 independent supplies of water to each of the anticipated fixtures. Plus the larger water heaters, or tankless heaters. Plus the larger 3" drain, or 2 2" drains. And that you are allowed to have 2 independent fixtures. Many places prohibit that.

Without fully enclosing that, it can be quite cold. And the tub will need constant cleaning.

For clarity - this isn't a wet room. The shower will be enclosed completely...the photo doesn't show it well but there is a glass door on two sides.

Jets aren't that popular these days due to water conservation rules in many parts of the country. I like to install 2 completely separate fixtures in a shower, each with its own volume control and thermostatic valve. I like one to be a standard wall mounted shower head (Speakman makes the old hotel style Icon shower heads) and the other a handheld on an adjustable shower/grab bar (I like Jaclo). Next to the handheld unit use a teak bench or built-in bench.

I used Brizo for the plumbing fixtures.

No issues with hot water and our tankless heaters, one at each end of the house.

Here is the setup in my guest bathroom. Teak bench is on the left, so if needed, you can sit down and adjust the handheld lower. Handheld shower is also great for rinsing and cleaning the shower.
