I've seen lots of wood look products and they always look like that- fake. Ipe is incredibly expensive and can be maintained in its bright state if you keep it sealed but it will require dedication. Maybe an entirely different material should be chosen

Look at the metal siding that looks like wood. It will fade too, as everything will, but less rapidly than the wood, or the trespa. Ipe is MORE expensive than the trespa. But, it will last a lifetime if you commit to maintenance.

IMO IPE is much more used for other things not siding unless you want that gray look very quickly. Have you checked out the burned wood look very contemporary and lasts for a very lon time with no fading. It is called Shou Sugi Ban but there are many types of wood used for the look and very little maintenace

We just purchased fiber cement siding for our new home. 3 year warranty. Comes pre painted or primed. Wood grain or flat finish. Fire proof. You may want to consider this.

Love our HardiBoard siding. Comes in different colors, so no painting necessary.

I am also looking into installing Trespa Pura wood siding on our new built house. Samples look pretty decent and high of a quality. Also another brand to check is "Parklex Prodema" Natursiding as an alternate. Both are European made composite materials. We actually haven't made the final decision yet.
