Congrats on the remodel - to get good layout advice you’ll need to post measurements of the room(s) and include windows, columns etc

It's useful to get copies of the old permits pulled on the house since way back when they first started issuing permits. If you have to bring something up to code, it's good to know what may have been there before. Grounded outlets, windows big enough to exit in a fire, bathroom exhaust fans, things like that can be a surprise.

Great,! You said you need help withbeds and storage, are you planning on twin beds, bunks? You need beds and storage for 2 kids - any sleepover needs? (trundles etc)?

Hi yes! We have a baby boy and a 3.5 yo girl but eventually they will both sleep upstairs together. I don’t want to do bunks. Was thinking of beds like the following but am also open to the second option of side by side. Definitely need storage besides the closet space! Trundles might be good!
