My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stealth Bomber in its best year ever. Took quite a few years to really get blooming, and wow worth the wait.

Vintage Wine with Cameroon Night behind

seedling Bombay Silk x Vintage Wine. Every year it has an amazing amount of 6 inch blooms [up to 24], nice and tall, stands up to the weather. Quality-wise it is perhaps the best of my seedlings.

Seedling Coral Majority [which is coral] x Egyptian Ibis [which is lavender] first ever bloom. Has about 11 buds and good height, 7 inch blooms. Never expected this color.
