Looks like a dahlia.

Heliopsis perhaps.

the scale of the leaf is brilliant.. but with no scale on the flower.. it hard to tell if its an inch or two.. or 3 or 4 ..

i havent seen any dahlia in decades.. but are there really dahlia in that deep of a yellow color ..

Heliopsis helianthoides has the same foliage and the notches on the petals. There are double flowered varieties like 'Summer Sun'. Heliopsis helianthoides (sunflower-everlasting): Go Botany (nativeplanttrust.org)
