My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

1 - Photos look precarious considering someone will be sleeping below.. Perhaps they are safely anchored in some way?
2 - Could you describe your choice and and reason for positioning of the recessed down lights, please. What light sources did you choose? Dimmers? What kind? Oops, that's three questions ......

    Hey Gormoo, pretty common these days, among designer types, to simply place pictures against a wall without any support. For larger pictures, we do put an anchor behind. The recessed down lights were intended to wash the wall. Can't remember the spec, but possibly Halo. Cheers,
