Pool Patio Materials Ideas/Help!

We are in progress for a gunnite pool. Our coping will be thermal bluestone. We are now trying to determine what to do with surrounding patio. The bluestone patio is going to be so expensive, not sure I want to blow out our budget. Any suggestions as to what other patio materials would look nice with bluestone coping? THANKS!
