My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

TROUBLE IN PARADISE

My photos are going to be limited this year, as I am super busy with projects and the garden is going to have to take a back seat. I will try to take as many pictures as possible. I am also trying to reduce my collection and really keep the ones I plan on hybridizing with. I will keep my Bennett collection in tact.


The only one that I am posting at this time is TROUBLE IN PARADISE. I purchased this one from Karol Emmerich. I like it. The first photo is from the morning and the second one was at 5:45 pm.
