We had that exact model in our previous home. As far as water pressure, it worked just fine. One of the little tabs that hold the handheld portion in place did eventually break on ours, but Delta replaced it at no cost.

We have one bathroom with the combo and one with separate shower heads. They both work well and we probably could have saved some money just using the combo in the bath that has both. No impact on water flow but we’re in a state that requires 1.8 gpm and doesn’t allow them to be plumbed to both run at once if they’re separate—YMMV if that’s not the case where you are.

We have a similar one in the guest bath (also Delta). No issues. I use it occasionally and feel like the water pressure is pretty good - never noticed a problem.
