It looks like salvia.

fyi.. there is a very active NAME THAT PLANT FORUM ....

they give answers rather than suggestions...

and that color blue always brings salvia to my mind also.. leaf shape too... but i just guess...

What about blue nepeta? I have 2 different long blueish flowering plants and I suspect st least one is catmint.

Definitely, Salvia, not Nepeta. Do you know for certain it is a perennial and not an annual or biennial?

scale is often helpful... like in this case to compare height..

is there a reason you need to know the exact cultivar name??? ... if you want more of one or the other.. there should be ways to propagate whichever for more... you only need the name.. if you are going to search for a seller..

there is also a rather active perennial forum... where all the above peeps also hang out...
