Seat height of the sofa and chairs matters. Many of the coffee tables sold today are very low, specially when paired with standard height transitional seating. I would get your sofa/chairs first and then figure out the coffee table. With high ceilings, you also don't want a short dinky coffee table! In that space I would want a coffee table to be 18 - 20" high.

I would say you have room for a long tv console table, but wlll you be getting a larger tv for that wall? if so, the table should be based on the size of the tv you get.

That's a great coffee table and would be really nice to have the nesting feature to be pulled out so everyone has a place to set things or maybe put their feet up on a pillow. The height looks perfect.

Yes, we will be getting a larger TV. Maybe a 75 inch.
