Wow! Rosie With a Ring is much more vigorous for you than it is for me. I better try mine in a new place. The one you call Royal Lavender is gorgeous. But I think the name is really Royal Girls - isn't that one of Judy's? Natalie Antoinette is really pretty. I miss mine. It's good to see a nice clump of Blushing Escapade. Is yours really as tall as Norris registered it? I'm always smitten with Daniel Howard Norris, but I've never added it because it's a dip. I like the color contrast of Tar and Feather.

I like all the clumps here! Your Blushing Escapade looks good-mine had fewer initial scapes but it is putting up lots of rebloom scapes. Blue Pink Beauty is also impressive-mine had blooms this year, thank you for it. Quite a clump on Mitch Lynd. I have always liked the looks of Daniel Howard Norris. There are so many nice blooms here.

Yes, I was surprised how vigorous Rosie is. Yes, Royal Girls. The memory gets a workout this time of year. Mitch Lynd just has a lot of buds, but kid Fruitful Discovery is probably nicer; Nan can comment, as I don't have FD. Blushing Escapade is quite tall, not quite as tall as Boss Lady.

Kay, yes, Playing with Crayons in that photo looks like an arrangement. Its form varies.

Mantis, I do like Fruitful Discovery better than Mitch Lynd. It has a bigger flower and taller scape than Mitch. I think it has a better edge too.

The bud count on Mitch Lynd impressed me, I’m not familiar with it or Fruitful Discovery. Blushing Escapade is a lovely pink, who eouldnt like that one? The color on Neon Flamingo always catches the eye…..looking forward to seeing mine in its second season.

I think your second photo of Rosie With a Ring may really be Vision Seeker. The colors match VS better than RWAR.

Good eye--the erratic pic was actually Ruby Storm. Rosie does have a lot of fans already (around 10). I had a picture with more blooms, but some blooms had earwig damage. Here is the clump of Rosie.

Daniel Howard Norris is always tempting when you post it. I also like Stamile's Blue Pink Beauty. It's too bad their daylilies don't seem to hold up well in our heat. Which is why Natalie Antoinette is no longer in my garden either.........Picture in Picture looks great. My Blushing Escapade isn't as colorful in my garden as yours so far. I didn't really think about it being a sev either when I ordered it, so we will see if it survives our winter..........Maryl

Mantis - My Rosie With A Ring is still only four fans. It didn't multiply last year in our drought. I would say 80 percent of my daylilies and seedlings did not multiply after the drought.

Just gorgeous! Your photos are always lovely Mantis. Picking one favorite would be difficult, but the photo with Playing /with Crayons is very artistic. The blooms are posing in a nice arrangement that it appears to be a painting. Blushing Escapade is so pretty. I could comment on each photo as they are all lovely. Nice post, Mantis.

Maryl, I don't know how Blushing takes your heat, but I wouldn't worry about hardiness. A bit over 30 inches, so maybe not the best pot subject. I'm seeing new ones growing in a pot that look pretty awful. OMG, I think, how could I have paid bucks for that bloom.
