Brent and Becky's Bulbs (The only place I buy bulbs from) has a ton of different, gorgeous Amaryllis, from the common to the incredibly rare. I counted 21 different one as well as some non-Amaryllis Hippeastrum. If you've never bought from Brent and Becky's, I can't recommend them enough. Dangerous though, they have so many unusual bulbs that you won't see other places.

It looks to me like Table Dance amaryllis is the one central to the 'crop failure' and that one is a red-and-white-flowered one. From what I've read there is a fungus that can attack amaryllis that causes red blotches on the amaryllis. I wonder if that is what the 'crop failure' was caused by....? If so, it sounds like something nasty and hard to get rid of so I'd be wary of any amaryllis from them if that is the problem! I'm not sure how you'd find out more other than calling them directly about it.
