CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS: I love the bloom, but so far I am not impressed with the plant. This scape is only 12 inches. It is registered as reaching 24 inches. This is only its second year in the ground, so I will give it a few more years. I only picked it up to hybridize with, so I will be crossing it with some much taller plants.

Here is the scape on DARK WITCH. This plant has been in the ground for 5 years and this is the best it has ever performed. It has reached 44" and its registered height is 43". I am always learning more and more about these plants and how in the North, I may need to be much more patient with them before passing judgement.
